What happens to your data on this site.
This page covers symmi.ai and its form. The data of companies that use Symmi is governed by the data processing agreement we sign with each one.

What we keep
If you write to us through the form: your work email and, if you enter them, your name, your company and your message. With your request we also keep where you came from (the campaign or site that brought you, the first page you saw and your language) and, if you came from an ad, that click's ID. To stop abuse we keep a code computed from your IP address, never the address itself, and the name of your browser.
What for
To reply to you, book the demo if you asked, and learn what brings people to write to us. We don't sell your data, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't add you to any mailing list.
Who sees it
The Symmi team, in its internal request inbox. The notice the team gets when a request arrives shows only your company and your email's domain.
Where it is stored
In Symmi's database, in the United States (West Coast), with the infrastructure providers described on our security page.
How long
Your request, for as long as it helps us reply and follow up; if you ask us to delete it sooner, we delete it. Counted visits, 13 months.
Cookies and measurement
This site uses no cookies and no third-party analytics. We count visits ourselves: which page was seen, in which language, the window's width, whether you tapped a button toward the form, and where you came from (the campaign or site that brought you). To count distinct visitors we use a code computed from your IP and your browser that changes every day: we never keep the IP, and the code can't follow you from one day to the next. If your browser asks not to be tracked (Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track), we count nothing. Your browser keeps the language you choose and where you came from only while the tab is open. The fonts come from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's IP address to send them.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or object to our using it. Write to hola@symmi.ai and a person from the team will answer.
